Jose Benitez - General Manager

Jose Benitez’s path to becoming the General Manager of PCR Commercial Roofing is a testament to his drive and commitment. Raised in Yadkin County, he felt a deep sense of duty from a young age, joining the Marine Corps at 17. His time in the military tested his limits, from boot camp to specialized training, and while stationed at Fort Knox, he completed his high school diploma. This foundation of discipline and focus stayed with him as he returned home to finish his military schooling.
After his service, Jose turned his attention to education, earning a degree in Construction Management. In 2012, he began his journey in the roofing industry, quickly applying his attention to detail and work ethic. Alongside his high school sweetheart, with whom he started a family, he navigated the challenges of building a career and home.
Today, Jose brings his passion for precision and communication to every project at PCR Commercial Roofing. He believes that every successful project begins with truly listening to the client, tailoring solutions to their needs. His straightforward approach has earned him a reputation for being easy to work with and ensuring that every project is executed to the highest standard.
Outside of the office, Jose finds balance through mixed martial arts, where he channels his discipline and focus. However, his greatest joy comes from spending quality time with his wife and kids—cherishing the simple moments that remind him of what truly matters. His family is his anchor, and it's the love and support of his loved ones that drive him to work so tirelessly, ensuring that every project is completed with the utmost care and dedication.

Rufino Perez - Owner/Quality Control

Rufino Perez’s career in roofing began in 1991, when he discovered a profession that combined financial stability with the satisfaction of hands-on work and connecting with people. Over the years, his passion for the industry grew, leading him to establish PCR Commercial Roofing in 2018. His vision was to create a company committed to exceptional service, quality, and integrity, all while maintaining the freedom to bring his professional goals to life.
With over 30 years of experience, Rufino knows that quality is key to any successful roofing project.
