In our approach to roof design, we always begin with a thorough inspection, gathering data on the current roof and its structure.

After the Roof Design and Estimate is accepted, we order the materials and schedule the commercial roofing installation. Based on the scope of work, installing a flat roof often entails the following:

  • Pre-job Meeting
  • Stone Ballast Removal (if required)
  • Delivery and Material Loading
  • Existing Roof Removal and Disposal (if required)
  • New system installation
  • Inspection and Warranty

On a majority of roofs that we install, the roof is inspected by the manufacturer to ensure the roof was installed to their specifications. If anything was missed or anything wasn’t completed to the manufacturer’s specifications, a punch list is issued. Once the punch list is complete, the warranty is issued. 100% of the roofs installed by PCR have received the warranty promised. And many of our roofs are highlighted by the manufacturers themselves as examples of exemplary work.

The PCR COMMERCIAL ROOFING design estimate

From single-ply systems like TPO, PVC, and EPDM roofing to multi-layer systems such as modified bitumen and ‘built-up’ roofing, PCR works hand-in-hand with our clients to provide the best possible solution that addresses their needs and fits their budget. We use a consultative approach to designing roof systems and break down each and every line item to the customer when creating roof replacement estimations. You won’t find a one-size-fits-all attitude here. PCR Commercial Roofing is dedicated to delivering first-class craftsmanship and exceeding customer expectations.

When a customer contacts us and believes they may need a new roof replacement for their property, we first schedule a free roofing inspection where we’re able to collect several pieces of information about the existing roof. Knowing as much as possible about the current roof will help us make the best possible recommendation to our clients. We also determine what kind of business is operating inside the property, as certain industries, such as restaurants, have specific feature requirements like grease traps. We also want to know what daily operations look like.

| In our approach to roof design, we always begin with a thorough inspection, gathering data on the current roof and its structure. Our focus is on identifying any damage and factors that guide our recommendations to the client, ensuring we accurately determine whether a replacement or repairs are necessary. We consider various aspects such as the type of business under the roof, the previous roof type, the anticipated lifespan of a new roof, daily business operations to minimize disruptions, client budget, existing roof condition, and any insurance claims. From this evaluation, we craft a detailed proposal that includes photo documentation and a write-up of the roof’s condition, along with suggested actions for a re-roofing project. This encompasses decisions on the type of roof and installation method and the best pricing options.

Roofing Options

In the realm of roofing, the array of choices can be daunting. However, we simplify the process for our customers by offering a curated selection of top-quality options. By focusing on a few carefully chosen options, we provide clarity and confidence, sparing our clients from endless deliberation. We tailor our recommendations to fit the client’s budget, presenting options that align precisely with their financial goals, as well as alternatives slightly below and above, to illustrate the spectrum of possibilities.
